1. THE SHELL- man, i wish i had kept up with this series. whenever i read the parts throughout the months, they didn't seem to flow at all. so i tried to read the entire comic in one day, but my computer was going damn slow. anyway, the ending made little sense to me since i didnt know the background. one day i'll read the series and appreciate COK's hard work:] nice drawings and character designs.
2. KANG AND TELLY- hmm... i didn't exactly understand this one. the robotic penis looking things must have messed up my attention span.
3. ONLY IN DREAMS-by elise-wow, i really really really liked the drawings. there was a big improvement from her previous entry i think. i mean, i really really enjoyed the drawings. the story also seems to have gotten off to a good start, but still, there was little plot involved.
4. THE BEGINNING OF THE END-the drawing on the first page was great, but the script seemed to corny. Then it just got too corny for me. then i was just confused. hmm..
5. I FOUND A QUARTER-david's style is too cool. i luuuv his cartoony style. but the comic strips *shock* didn't make me laugh! and his strips always make me laugh. even though they weren't his best (in my opinion), i still enjoyed the script and drawings.
6. JUST MY LUCK-it took me a while to understand what exactly happened. man thatd suck if i got squished by a soda machine. all the machines have a little sticker of a man getting squished, and it doesnt look like fun. yup.
7. THE DREAM MACHINE-speaking of not making sense, mine makes little sense to the average joe. or the not so average joe. i planned on making it a silent comic, but my friend nick quickly persuaded me that that was a horrible idea. anyway, if any of you love the band Weezer, you might've liked the comic. if you dont care for Weezer, you probably thought my comic blew.
8. A CONVERSATION BETWEEN- this one was funny, like, i laughed. but i think i've seen this joke before.....maybe not. the drawings were cute:]
9. GIFT FROM HEAVEN-woohoo! i liked this one. the time cop deal didnt have anything to do with the story though. anyway, the irony was very good, just like tang's other comics. me vote for this one.
10. ONLY IN DREAMS-by gelatin-Everyone looks the same, so i didn't exactly understand who was bad and who was good. Still, the drawings were good, especially the clothing. man, i wish i could put detail in my clothing. ug, oh well. The story made little sense cos of the character confusion, but i enjoyed the foreshadowing it had.
11. A STORY- i really enjoyed the drawings, and the story especially. i never expected that 'sad ending', so that was good. the little happy comic thing at the end was kinda dumb, but i'm still givin' my vote to this comic ----- http://red.soupernova.com we use the finest insecticides.
