Voting For March-99 Entries

Here is how the winner is decided:
This voting system is flexible. You can choose :

(A) pick a single winner-- Your pick will get 10 points and the rest will get the default 5 point

(B) Rating each individual title on the scale of 1-10.-- You will judge each entry and give them a mark from 1-10.(actually, the minimum point you can give is 3.) You can give the same mark to as many entries as you like. but you can only give a 10 to one entry.

(C) Ranking the top three entries of your choice-- Give me the name of 3 entries in order of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Your first pick get 10 points, second get 8 points and 3rd pick get 7 points the rest get 5 points

* No matter which method you choose , all entries will get some points from you (even you don't vote at all)
* I will add up the total points and divide it by the number of voters. The entry that get the hightest AVERAGE point will win. * If it is a group effort: The person who submit the entry will be the representative and will vote in the group's behalf
* Comments on the entrire are wellcome: if a voter has any comments on the entries including his/her own, his name will be linked to a comment page
* Vote before the 15th day of the month: After the15 th, I will consider you give up on voting and givet 5 points to all the entries under your name.
* You do not vote for your own entry
